Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival – Transfer to Akagera National Park.
A representative from Albertine Tours will meet and greet you upon arrival, and then drive you to Akagera National Park. Along the way, you will see stunning views of Rwanda’s countryside. After checking into the lodge and getting some food, you will head out for a morning game drive, during which you may spot antelopes, leopards, buffaloes, rhinos, zebras, and more. Once lunch is finished, you will head back to the resort for a two- to three-hour boat ride on Lake Ihema, a great place to see birds, including the rare shoebill stork. Day 2: Morning Game Drive – Return to Kigali
