DAY 2: Entebbe –Murchison Falls.
Experience the beauty of driving north-west through the famous Luwero Triangle and, travel to Masindi via Ziwa Rhino Project. A visit to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino trekking is a must. DAY 3: Full Day Murchison Falls.
After your cup of coffee, be guided to what arguably one of Africa’s most authentic game safari experiences, spot Elephant, Lion, Cape buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffe, hartebeest, Waterbuck, Oribi, Bushbuck, Bohor reedbuck, hyena and if you are lucky, the leopard.
After lunch, don’t miss the boat trip upstream the calm Victoria Nile to the base of the falls stopping just tens of meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron”.; it’s the perfect way to see crocs basking on the banks while you enjoy a sundowner. This is also a zone of many bird species like Goliath heron, Egyptian goose, pelican bee-eater, kingfisher, hornbill, cormorant and the rare shoebill stork. A hike to the top of the falls is such a rewarding experience. A night game drive night drive to track or view nocturnal animals from an even closer perspective. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
